Brogan’s Way has taken home a silver for their Royal Blood and Hearts Afire Gin. Green Ant Gin has also won silver.

Green Ant Gin:
Traditionally flavoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

Brogan’s Way Royal Blood Gin:
Brogan’s Way Royal Blood Gin is the savoury sensation that is our navy strength gin. Complex with a lingering cardamom heat, at 57.2% it has a bit of a kick. Herbal aromas and flavours from the rosemary and bay leaf are seasoned with Australian sea parsley, saltbush and roasted wattle seed giving plenty of good mouthfeel.

Brogan’s Way Hearts Afire Gin:
Brogan’s Way Hearts Afire Gin is our warm spice driven gin. With a unique balance of savoury Australian native botanicals and aromatic winter spices. Sweet orange peel, native strawberry gum and macerated lillypilli offer a full bodied gently sweet backbone, which is warmed by fragrant spicy notes of aniseed myrtle, cloves, nutmeg and cassia bark. Hot green cardamom and black peppercorn are carried through in the long nutty and coffee like finish provide by the soft oils of native roasted wattle seed. A balanced savoury gin with a long warm and gentle spicy finish.
